The Client may provide materials or authorize the Company to purchase them.
Approved materials purchased by the Company will be charged at their actual purchase cost unless another arrangement is agreed upon in writing.
The Company is not responsible for manufacturer defects or product warranties associated with materials or products supplied by the Client or third parties. This does not limit responsibility for damage caused by the Company's own work.
5. Scheduling and Cancellation

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, or appointments missed without notice, may incur a $75 cancellation fee.
The Company may waive this fee at its discretion.
If the Company must cancel or reschedule an appointment, the Client will not be charged a cancellation fee.
Any cancellation rights required by applicable law take precedence over this policy.
6. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
Provide accurate information about the requested work and the property.
Ensure reasonable access to the work area.
Disclose known hazards, damaged surfaces, or other conditions that could affect safe completion.
Obtain any necessary permissions from property owners, landlords, or homeowners' associations.
Ensure children and pets remain safely away from active work areas.
Review and approve changes to the scope, additional time, and purchases.
7. Property Conditions and Damage
The Company will use reasonable care when performing services.
Some projects, including hanging artwork and installing shelving, may require drilling or creating holes in walls or other surfaces. The Client authorizes such work when it is included in the approved scope.
The Client agrees to identify known concealed utilities, unusual wall construction, or other relevant conditions before work begins.
The Company will promptly inform the Client of any property damage discovered or caused during service.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes responsibility for the Company's negligence, misconduct, or other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Work Quality and Concerns
The Company aims to complete services with reasonable care and skill.
The Client is encouraged to inspect completed work and report any concerns as soon as reasonably possible.
The Company will review reported concerns and discuss an appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.
Manufacturer warranties, where applicable, remain subject to the manufacturer's terms.
9. Independent Contractors
The Company may provide referrals or assist with scheduling independent contractors when separately agreed upon.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing:
Contractors are independent businesses, not employees of the Company.
The Client selects, hires, and pays contractors directly.
Contractors are responsible for their own work, licensing, insurance, scheduling commitments, and warranties.
The Company does not perform or supervise specialized contractor work.
Any additional contractor coordination or property-access responsibilities require separate written authorization.
Nothing in this section waives liability for the Company's own negligent actions.
10. Photography and Privacy
The Company will respect the Client's home and personal information.
Photographs may be taken when reasonably necessary to document the requested work, subject to the Client's permission.
Photographs will not be used for marketing, social media, or promotional purposes without separate Client consent.
11. Changes and Communication
Material changes to the scope, pricing, or appointment arrangements must be approved by both parties.
Approval may be documented in writing, including by email or text message, where legally permitted.
12. Applicable Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
Any rights or protections provided to the Client under applicable consumer protection laws remain in effect.

Any legally required cancellation notices or other disclosures will be provided separately when applicable.
